About Us

As an unknown florist, photographer and writer finding a publisher proved to be an impossible task. I was told my book ideas were, ‘Too English’ and that I was, ‘Not famous enough’.

Luckily, over a bottle of wine, my partner Billy Kelly and I persuaded ourselves that with his past experience as a sub-editor and printer and with my background in marketing that we could make a go of it ourselves. So, thanks to the drink, Fanahan Books was born.

We have now produced six titles and have many more ideas for the future. We hope you enjoy reading our books as much as we enjoyed creating them.
